On September 5–6, Uzhhorod will host the second stage of the “Carpathian Challenge,” a nationwide ranking tournament in adaptive sports.
This is an opportunity for male and female veterans, military personnel, and people with war-related disabilities to test their strength, demonstrate their athletic skills, and continue competing for ranking points and a spot on Ukraine’s national team.
The competition program includes:

✔️ kettlebell snatch
✔️ rowing on a Concept2 machine

The event will take place as part of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs’ “Development of Sports for Veterans” project, in accordance with the Veterans Policy Strategy through 2030 and the National Accessibility Strategy initiated by Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska.
