On August 27, the Donetsk Regional Local History Museum organized a training session for cultural workers in the region entitled “Psychological balance: how to overcome stress and maintain motivation.”
The speaker at the event was Yevheniia Posunko, a practical psychologist from the Department of Social and Psychological Work, Counteraction and Prevention of Violence at the Donetsk Regional Center for Social Services. She combined theoretical material with practical exercises that help overcome stress, combat anxiety, and restore inner balance.
In an accessible way, Ms. Posunko talked about how to recognize the first signs of fatigue in time, why it is important to take care of emotional stability, and how to stay motivated even in difficult circumstances. Participants had the opportunity not only to hear useful advice, but also to experience in practice simple techniques that reduce tension, help to focus, and restore strength.
The event served as an important reminder that caring for one's mental health is just as necessary as professional skills. This is especially valuable for cultural workers who interact with people and perform the special mission of supporting the community.
