An important meeting entitled "The War for Independence in the Context of a New Generation of Hybrid Wars" brought together active and conscious young people from Donetsk region — students of the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity, the Donetsk Regional Ecological and Naturalistic Center, and students of the Sloviansk Professional College of Transport Infrastructure.
During the meeting, the young people and guest speakers discussed how the nature of war is changing today, why Ukraine has found itself at the center of a new generation of hybrid threats, and why each of us, regardless of age and profession, is part of a common front. After all, understanding the nature of hybrid and multidomain warfare, knowledge of modern threats, information security, and the role of technology are weapons that help us survive, adapt, and win.

- On the nature of hybrid and multidomain warfare — Tetiana Sokolenko, historian, political scientist, head of the methodological department of the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity.
- On the real challenges of the front line and personal experience of service — Oleksandr Parashchenko, veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, director of the Donetsk Regional Ecological and Naturalistic Center.
- On the information front and cybersecurity — Olga Boiko, author of a course on cybersecurity, deputy director for educational and methodological work at the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity.
- On the Russian Federation's information and psychological operations — Andriy Rudyi, journalist and host of the KYIV 24 TV channel.
- On psychological resilience as a factor in victory — Olga Kulchytska, psychologist at the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity.
- On civic responsibility and the power of youth — Natalia Baiduga, head of the Feel the Rhythm club at the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity, and Kirill Ponomarenko, former head of the Donetsk Regional Council of Student Self-Government Leaders, student at Donetsk National University named after V. Stus.
The moderator of the meeting, Yulia Plokha, head of the department of mass events and leisure activities at the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity, emphasized that today it is more important than ever to understand new threats and be prepared not only for physical resistance, but also for participation in the country's information and civil defense. It is young people who are the generation that shapes the future and is capable of changing the course of events.
The finale of the event was particularly moving—the premiere of a video work by students and pupils from the region. It conveyed sincerity, pain, hope, strength, and resilience. This video became a symbol of youth unity and faith in our common victory.
The educated youth of Donetsk Oblast continue to hold their front—informational, civic, and value-based.
