Determination and state support became the foundation on which entrepreneur Vitalii Pinihin from Sloviansk built his own business.
For over 20 years, he has worked in the car repair industry. During this time, he not only mastered his profession but also clearly understood customer needs: quality service, efficiency, and fair pricing. The idea of opening his own service station came up more than once, but the main barrier was the lack of start-up capital.
The idea was realized thanks to the grant program Vlasna Sprava (“Own Business”). The entrepreneur received financial support that allowed him to open his own service station. Using the grant funds, Vitalii rented premises, purchased modern diagnostic equipment and the necessary tools for car repair, and created two new jobs. Specialists from the employment service helped fill these positions with qualified workers. Recruiters from the Sloviansk office of the Kramatorsk branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center quickly selected candidates in line with the employer’s needs.
The entrepreneur plans to further develop his business and expand cooperation with the employment service.
