President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone call with Prime Minister of Denmark Mette Frederiksen.
The leaders discussed preparations for the European Political Community Summit, scheduled to take place in Denmark next week, and coordinated meetings with partners.
They paid particular attention to the situation with drones that have been spotted in Danish airspace three times this week. The Head of State shared details provided by Ukrainian intelligence.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mette Frederiksen share the understanding that, in light of these incidents, Ukraine and Denmark must coordinate even more closely and increase defense production, as all challenges are best overcome through cooperation.
The Head of State expressed gratitude for Denmark’s decision to allocate USD 150 million under the Danish model for drone production in Ukraine.
