President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with U.S. President’s envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
The dialogue between the negotiating teams of the United States and Ukraine continues all the time, and now they are discussing locking in the dates for Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner’s visit to Ukraine.
“Such a trip would be highly beneficial for hammering out solutions for peace,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
The President briefed them on the situation on the battlefield, where Russia’s gains have been sparse and have come at the cost of huge losses, as well as on Russian air strikes.
“Steve and Jared know many details. Our teams will be in close touch to work out the agenda and the most suitable schedule for further communication. I thank President Trump, Steve and Jared, and everyone in the United States who works to make peace our joint achievement,” the Head of State emphasized.
