Not long ago, it was almost impossible to imagine a woman driving a tractor or operating machinery. But today, Ukrainian women are confidently breaking stereotypes — they drive trucks, weld metal, work in manufacturing, and prove that there are no “men’s” or “women’s” professions — only the desire to act!
And the best part is that women don’t have to walk this path alone. The State Employment Service supports those ready to change their lives — offering free technical education and helping them find stable employment.
🚀 As part of an experimental project, any woman can master a modern technical profession — and receive guaranteed employment after completing her training.
Available fields include:
🔹 Truck driving
🔹 Tractor operation
🔹 Mechanical work
🔹 Welding
🔹 CNC machine operation
🔹 Renewable energy systems installation
… and other promising specializations.
💼 How does it work?
✅ An employer submits a request for training.
✅ A woman chooses an educational institution and profession from the official list.
✅ The Employment Service covers the cost of training — up to 30,280 UAH (10 subsistence minimums).
If the training costs more, the employer or the participant can pay the difference.
The first results are already in!
A group of women from Donetsk region completed tractor operator training at the Oleksandrivka Vocational Agricultural Lyceum — and are now employed. They prove that determination to grow is stronger than any barrier.
