On January 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., a webinar will be held to explain the Procedure for providing partial compensation for the cost of property of business entities destroyed or damaged as a result of armed aggression by the Russian Federation, as well as partial compensation for insurance premiums under insurance contracts against military risks, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1541 of November 28, 2025.
The event is organized by the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council as part of a project to support Ukrainian agricultural producers from the affected regions in partnership with the international humanitarian organization Mercy Corps Ukraine.
During the webinar, detailed explanations will be provided on the main provisions of the aforementioned Procedure and the corresponding new state support programs, the procedural aspects of participating in them, and receiving state assistance.
Participants will also have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have to a representative of PJSC Export Credit Agency, the operator of the property damage/destruction compensation programs.
