Two thousand educators from various regions of Ukraine participated in the festival "Teachers of the Future - 2025," which took place on June 19-20 in Lviv at the !FESTrepublic venue. The event was organized by the public association "Osvitoria" and the Emotion Holding "!FEST".
The festival program included over 200-250 lectures, workshops, discussions, presentations, and interactive sessions within 13 thematic areas - from "Education for Life" to STEM-expo, digital transformation, mental health, and inclusion.
Educators from the Dobropillia (Donetsk region) and Stryi (Lviv region) communities, as part of the project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities," continued their collaboration in exchanging experiences and jointly developing innovative strategies. They actively participated in strategic sessions, master classes, and panel discussions on topics of digital transformation, educational leadership, inclusivity, New Ukrainian School (NUS), and mental health. Special attention was given to discussing online mentoring tools, support for teacher-military personnel, and the development of life competencies - key aspects of the modern education system.
This large-scale educational forum provided a powerful impetus for further joint work between communities: they plan to conduct joint workshops, webinars, and launch mentoring programs involving centers for professional development of educators.
Experience exchange at the festival represents real steps towards collaboration: the joint creation of educational platforms, digital studios, network laboratories, and digital projects. This approach strengthens the ties between Donetsk and Lviv regions, demonstrating how, shoulder to shoulder, the educational future of Ukraine can be shaped.
