From June 17 to 19, 2025, students, graduates, and educators of the railway training direction of the Multifunctional Regional Center for Vocational Education named after P. F. Kryvonos participated in the RAIL WEEK job fair – in the rhythm of the railway.
The event was organized by the regional branch "Donetsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" in a hybrid format – in person in Kyiv and online.
Participants had the opportunity to:
- communicate with representatives of the personnel services of the branches of Ukrzaliznytsia;
- learn about the real working conditions, the need for personnel, and social guarantees for young specialists;
- take part in express interviews and receive vouchers for further employment;
- ask questions to experts in a Q&A session format;
- listen to motivational stories of successful career growth in the railway industry.
Particular attention was paid to vacancies for graduates of technical specialties: locomotive drivers, electromechanics, station attendants, wagon repair inspectors, etc.
Students not only received practical information but also real offers for internships and further employment.
