The Donetsk Regional Employment Center continues to create a platform where those seeking jobs can meet those ready to offer them. On October 22, the regional online job fair “WorkFest: Autumn of Vacancies 2025” took place — a traditional space for dialogue, cooperation, and new professional opportunities.
Leading employers joined the event, including:
Regional Branch “Donetsk Railway” of JSC Ukrzaliznytsia
PE “SKF Valencia”
LLC “Myronivsky Product” (retail chain Sim’ya)
SE “Lamella”
Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Donetsk Region
More than 400 job seekers took part in the fair. Participants had the opportunity to communicate directly with company representatives, learn about current vacancies, working conditions, and candidate requirements, as well as receive advice from Employment Service specialists on interview preparation, résumé writing, and professional training opportunities.
For job seekers, the fair became not only a chance to find decent employment but also a reminder that the Employment Service is a modern career partner — one that helps people maintain confidence in their abilities even in difficult life circumstances.
“We strive to make every fair not just an informational event, but a real platform for creating new employment stories. Such meetings help people find their place, and employers — reliable employees,” said Natalia Adamova, Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center.
For employers, participation in WorkFest was an opportunity to present their companies, quickly find specialists for in-demand professions, meet motivated candidates, and receive consultations on business support programs and employment compensation mechanisms.
The Donetsk Regional Employment Service will continue to develop formats that connect people with jobs — because every successfully filled vacancy is a step toward a stable future for the region and the country as a whole.
