The war forced Tetiana Hrynko to leave her hometown of Myrnohrad. Together with her daughter, she relocated to Dnipro, leaving behind not only her home but also the profession she had dedicated many years to. As a supervisor at the Centralna Mine, she never imagined that one day she would have to start over from scratch.
Finding a new job was not easy. However, while visiting a humanitarian hub, Tetiana learned about the services offered by the Employment Service and decided to seize the opportunity.

Together with a career counselor, Tetiana prepared a modern résumé, and recruiters matched her with an administrator position at a company that distributes pharmaceutical products. After a successful interview, she was offered the job.
Today, she is confidently working in her new role, receiving goods, processing online orders, organizing deliveries to pharmacies, and proving every day that a willingness to learn opens new opportunities. The support of her colleagues also helped her adapt quickly and feel at home in her new workplace.
