To complete identification via video conference through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (https://portal.pfu.gov.ua), follow these steps:
1️⃣ On the main page
In the top menu, select the tab:
“Application for identification via video conference.”
2️⃣ Fill in the required fields of the electronic form:
personal data;
preferred method of video identification (Google Meet, Signal, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom);
type of service needed during video identification (sign language interpreter, physical assistance, etc.).
3️⃣ Provide consent
Agree to receive email notifications from the Pension Fund of Ukraine and click “Submit application.”
You may attach scanned copies of documents:
passport or ID card;
pension certificate;
taxpayer identification number certificate;
employment record book or other documents confirming work experience;
military ID;
birth certificate, etc.
📌 The size of each file must not exceed 1 MB.
After submitting the application, an authorized representative of the Pension Fund of Ukraine will contact you to agree on the date, time, and method of the video identification.
❗️Video identification is carried out within 30 calendar days, but not earlier than 10 working days from the date of application—at a time and in a manner agreed with the applicant.
