You can apply for state social assistance for persons who are not entitled to a pension and for persons with disabilities online via the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine: https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/.
Log in to the Pension Fund of Ukraine web portal using your Qualified Electronic Signature (instruction — https://t1p.de/bn4rp).
In the section “Communication with the PFU”, select “Assistance for persons not entitled to a pension and persons with disabilities.”
Fill in all fields of the application marked with an asterisk “*”.
Add other participants of the request, upload scanned copies of documents, and enter information about types and amounts of income.
Click “Generate application.”
Check the entered data and click “Sign and send to the PFU.”
You can track the status of your request in your personal account in the “My requests” section.
