War veterans and their family members can use a simplified procedure to apply for a housing benefit. The application is submitted within an experimental project that предусматривает data exchange between state registers and minimizes paperwork (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 27, 2023, No. 1395).

- via the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine:

👨💼 In person:
- at service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
- through authorized officials of local councils (village, settlement, city)
- at Administrative Service Centers (CNAPs)
