If pension or insurance payments were suspended due to failure to pass physical identification, they can be resumed within one year from the date of suspension.
What you need to do:
✔️ complete physical identification (instructions: https://t1p.de/280jm);
✔️ submit an application to resume the payment.
How to submit the application:
🔸 online — via the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (portal.pfu.gov.ua), if the recipient’s identity is verified through a video conference;
🔸 in person — at a service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
For those abroad — by mail to the relevant body of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, together with a document confirming that the person is alive, issued through a diplomatic mission, and other documents предусмотрені paragraph 6 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 11, 2025, No. 299.
Payment after resumption
✅ The Pension Fund of Ukraine resumes pension/insurance payments from the date they were suspended, provided that physical identification is completed within one year from the date of suspension.
Important!
📢 For residents of temporarily occupied territories and persons who have left such territories, pension and insurance payments are made only if they do not receive pension/insurance payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.
