Before submitting an application for an electronic pension certificate, you need to prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
Taxpayer Identification Number (RNOKPP) certificate;
Passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
A color photograph taken within the last 6 months, measuring 3 × 2.5 cm (the face should occupy at least 70–80% of the photo);
A handwritten signature in black ink (in JPG format).
