November 20 marks World Children's Day and Children's Day in Ukraine – a wonderful holiday of joy and hope. It is in children that the continuation of the family line and the fulfillment of their dreams and hopes for a better future lie.
To mark World Children's Day, humanitarian hubs/centers set up for residents of Donetsk region in safe areas of Ukraine prepared unforgettable entertainment programs, creative contests, holiday quizzes, lotteries, entertainment, fun games, unforgettable trips, and nice gifts for children.
Family events offered children light and relaxed programs with games and communication, while parents were provided with spaces for quiet, peaceful rest and exchange of experiences.
Exciting excursions and trips to the National Circus of Ukraine, entertainment centers, cinemas, and restaurants provided many positive emotions, new impressions, sincere smiles, unforgettable moments that will remain in memory for a long time, and the opportunity to spend time with loved ones.
Interactive entertainment events such as “My Day. My Rights,” “May the Child's Happiness Never End,” “Children Are the Future of Ukraine,” “Festival of Children's Superpowers,” and “World of Childhood” consisted of master classes, games, quizzes, contests, interesting meetings, encouragement from wonderful animators, master classes, sweets, surprises, hugs, and bright emotions.
At the literary and theatrical festivals “The Land of Colorful Dreams,” “May Children Smile at the Sun and Flowers,” and “The Flower of Dreams,” poems, riddles, and excerpts from fairy tales were recited, interesting theatrical scenes were created, and the music video “Childhood Under the Sky of War” was screened.
During the drawing classes “The World of My Rights: Drawing the Constitution of Childhood” and “My Safe Place,” children learned through art that every right is protection, support, and an opportunity for growth.
The photo quest “Smiles” gave children the opportunity not only to have fun, but also to see how much joy there is in simple moments. Each photograph taken became a small symbol of children's happiness and support.
An incredible chemistry show immersed children in a world where formulas turn into miracles, substances change color, rise up, and create bright flashes.
Thanks to the organization of numerous photo contests “Happy Moments of Childhood,” the value of childhood was emphasized.
