If you wish to switch from receiving your pension via postal delivery to a bank account, change your banking institution, or update your payment details, you need to submit a corresponding application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine to ensure timely receipt of your pension payments.
You can submit an application to change the payment method online — through your personal account on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine: https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
To do this, log in to the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s electronic services using your qualified electronic signature (QES).
Beforehand, prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
🔹 your passport;
🔸 your tax identification number;
🔹 your bank account details.
