Parents of future first-graders can apply for a one-time financial assistance payment of 5,000 UAH under the "Schoolchild Package" program for each child enrolled in the first grade.
If a family has two first-graders, the payment is made for each child.
Who is eligible for the payment?
Parents, adoptive parents, or other legal representatives of children enrolling in the first grade on the controlled territory of Ukraine for the 2026–2027 academic year.
