The state eRobota program has already helped thousands of Ukrainians start or expand their own businesses. However, there are certain requirements, and failure to comply with them may result in a grant application being denied.
Financial support cannot be provided to applicants who:
• conduct business activities or are registered in temporarily occupied territories or areas of active hostilities;
• operate businesses in Russia or Belarus or have assets there;
• are subject to sanctions or are affiliated with individuals or entities under sanctions.
A grant application may also be denied if the applicant has:
• outstanding tax, fee, or unified social contribution debts;
• ongoing bankruptcy proceedings or is undergoing company liquidation;
• convictions for corruption, economic, or other serious offenses, or is wanted by law enforcement authorities;
• open enforcement proceedings related to financial obligations.
Grant funds cannot be used for activities related to:
• the production or trade of weapons and ammunition;
• the production and sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (except in cases specifically permitted by law);
• gambling activities;
• currency exchange operations;
• financial services activities.
Before submitting an application, it is important to carefully review all program requirements and ensure that your business meets the established criteria.
