A special event took place at the Transcarpathian Regional Drama and Comedy Theater. Thanks to the implementation of the project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities", 40 children from IDP families from Pokrovska, Bakhmutska, Vuhledarska and Kostiantynivska communities were able to attend a performance brought by the Odesa Young Spectator Theater for free.
Viktor Hrytsak, head of the Ednannia hub of the Pokrovska IBA, noted that this event was made possible by the Life Charitable Foundation and the Khust City Territorial Community.
"The national project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" provides strong support for the social and cultural development of internally displaced persons. The children, who had forgotten about the difficulties of war, looked at the stage with eyes full of admiration and joy, and this was the best gratitude. We are grateful for the opportunity to give children a holiday," emphasized Victor Gritsak.
This event was not only a cultural but also a social event, which is a significant support in the process of uniting communities in difficult times.
