At the vocational education and training centers (CPTU) of the State Employment Service, every unemployed person can learn a new profession or upgrade their qualifications to confidently return to the labor market.
A network of 8 VET centers across Ukraine:
Training takes place in modern centers located in eight cities — Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, and Kharkiv.
This allows you to choose the center closest to you or the one most convenient for living and studying.
Over 100 licensed professions and 467 training programs
The VET centers offer training in in-demand professions — from bartender or seamstress to forklift operator, social worker, or operator of modern equipment.
The programs cover the most popular fields: IT, logistics, healthcare, services, trade, food technologies, entrepreneurship, and soft skills.
Everyone can find a direction that matches their goals.
State-funded training, travel reimbursement, and accommodation provided
The Employment Service organizes vocational training for unemployed persons at the expense of the state.
A training certificate covers tuition costs up to the equivalent of 10 subsistence minimums.
Travel and accommodation expenses are reimbursed to make training as accessible as possible.
An accommodation certificate guarantees coverage of accommodation costs during training up to 5 subsistence minimums.
If the cost of training or accommodation exceeds these limits, the difference must be paid personally or from other lawful sources.

Daytime, evening, distance, or dual forms of training — everyone can choose the option that best fits their personal circumstances and possibilities.
