Mandatory evacuation of residents to safer regions of Ukraine continues in Donetsk Oblast. Throughout 2025, 816 Donetsk residents have been resettled free of charge - all people who reported the need for such assistance.
On June 5, 24 residents of Donetsk Oblast were evacuated to Chernivtsi and Vinnytsia regions and provided with free accommodation in a temporary residence, social support in applying for housing allowance, psychological and medical support.
The evacuation of these families was carried out in cooperation with the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Chernivtsi and Vinnytsia Regional State Administrations, Ukrzaliznytsia, the Coordination Humanitarian Center, and the Charity Foundation Angels of Salvation.
At the transit point, the evacuees received humanitarian and psychological assistance and were provided with hot meals. International organizations have registered for one-time financial assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800 per person.
