In March, customers from various towns and villages in the Donetsk region received expert advice from specialists at Donetskoblgaz JSC during on-site consultations.
A total of 147 customers were served.
In March, operators from the Kramatorsk Gas Distribution Company provided information services to 80 customers during outreach visits:
- Yasnogorka — 41 customers,
- Bilenke — 39 customers.
During the on-site consultations held by operators of the Sloviansk Gas Distribution Company, 67 customers received information services in March:
- Novomykolaivka—17 customers,
- Bilbasivka—18 customers,
- Cherkaske—17 customers,
- Novoselivka—15 customers.
Most often, people contact specialists during these outreach sessions to obtain paper receipts for gas distribution, update personal accounts, reconcile bills for natural gas distribution services, and verify meter readings.
