The Donetsk Regional Employment Service clarified the conditions under which an entrepreneur or business owner can apply for a second (repeat) state business grant after successfully fulfilling all obligations of a previous grant agreement, including repayment through paid taxes and fees.
A repeat grant application is permitted only after receiving an officially signed Certificate of Fulfillment from the Regional Employment Center.
This certificate confirms that the implementation period of the initial grant project has formally expired and all contractual terms were met in full.
If all requirements were satisfied during the project timeline, the Regional Employment Center must issue the confirmation certificate no later than three (3) months after the project's expiration date.
A repeat grant can be granted to an eligible recipient only once.
The terms, application procedures, and verification standards for state business grants are governed by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 738 dated June 21, 2022, as amended.
