A mutual support group is a space where people can talk about a situation that unites them, discuss their feelings and experiences, find support in solving problems, and feel a sense of unity with others in similar situations.
For people aged 50 and older, mutual support groups are particularly valuable, as they help them adapt to age-related changes, overcome social isolation, find like-minded people, and discover new life goals.
