Over the past week, communities in the Donetsk region continued to receive charitable aid. In total, nearly 200 tons of aid were distributed during this period. The shipment included food packages, personal hygiene items, construction materials, non-food items, medical supplies, drinking water, and more.
Priority was given to the most vulnerable segments of the population: the elderly, large families, families with young children, and other citizens in need of assistance.
Thanks to the coordinated efforts of caring Ukrainian citizens and international partners, we are able to respond promptly to the needs of the civilian population. The most significant assistance is provided by charitable and civic organizations such as: “GLOBAL EMPOWERMENT MISSION UA (GEM),” “Angels of Salvation,” “World Central Kitchen,” “ADRA Ukraine,” “Ordinary People,” “HatiKo UA,” the Donetsk Regional Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, “International Medical Corps,” and many others.
We express our sincere gratitude to all partners for their constant support, solidarity, and significant contribution to helping the region’s residents during this difficult period.
