The year is coming to an end, but the work of Donetsk region gas workers does not stop for a single day. 2025 has been a serious test, but the Donetskoblgaz team has proven every day that even in frontline conditions, it is possible and necessary to work for the people.
As of December 28, Donetskoblgaz specialists have:
- restored gas supply to 12,727 customers whose homes were damaged by shelling;
- repaired 2.124 km of gas networks damaged by hostilities;
- responded to 10,221 emergency calls, 1,579 of which were directly related to the war.
Throughout the year, gas workers conducted field visits so that people could receive consultations directly on site. In total, 3,191 subscribers were served during such visits in 2025.
The contact center set a record for workload. In 2025, operators handled 84,293 calls. In 2025, the Donetskoblgaz contact center handled almost three times more calls than last year — an increase of more than 54,000 calls, or 181%.
"These are not just numbers. Behind every restored subscriber is a family that has regained warmth. Behind every kilometer of repaired networks lies the risk and responsibility of our employees. We work where it is dangerous but necessary. And we will continue to do so as long as the people of Donetsk Oblast need our help," emphasized Vadym Batiy, Chairman of the Board of JSC Donetskoblgaz.
The year 2025 has shown that despite the war, challenges, and dangers, the Donetskoblgaz team remains close to the region's residents — every day, without fanfare, simply doing their job.
