Published 03 June 2025 year, 09:00

Ten-year-old Alisa Olkhovik was killed by a Russian missile on April 8, 2022, during the shelling of the Kramatorsk railway station. Her mother Marina died alongside her. They were waiting for an evacuation train.

Alisa was originally from Donetsk Oblast. Her grandmother recalls how she was named: “We will have an Alisa from Wonderland.” The girl was curious about everything, asking “What's this?” and “What's that?” and offering to help. She made friends easily and loved to draw. She was close to her grandfather and often asked to talk to him specifically.

After the full-scale invasion, Alisa, Marina, and her older sister Diana stayed at home in the Ocheretine community. Diana was pregnant and eventually left. Alisa did not want to leave her mother. When their house was destroyed, they decided to evacuate.

On April 8, the Kramatorsk train station was crowded. The enemy struck with a Tochka-U missile with cluster munitions. Sixty-one people were killed.

At 9:00 a.m., there was a nationwide minute of silence. Donetsk Regional State Administration and Memorial platform: those killed by Russia remember the residents of Donetsk region killed by Russians. How to view your insurance record and salary on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
