The life of 44-year-old Nataliia Pimenova was taken by a Russian strike on the settlement of Zarichne in the Kramatorsk district on June 27, 2024. Zarichne was liberated from Russian occupation in the autumn of 2022, yet shelling of the settlement never ceased.
Nataliia was born in Avdiivka. Before the Russian occupation of Donetsk in 2014, she worked at the Oleksandr Zasiadko Mine. Later, she moved to Zarichne and worked in retail.
In Zarichne, Nataliia lived with her husband, his sister and her husband, as well as her mother-in-law. On June 27, only Nataliia and her mother-in-law were at home. They had a small shop in the yard. At around 11:30 a.m., the women were sitting near it when a Russian aerial bomb struck the courtyard.
The yard burst into flames. Yurii Didenko, who had come to the shop to make purchases, was also killed there.
Nataliia Pimenova was buried in Zarichne. She is survived by her son, daughter, husband, and other relatives.
At 9:00 a.m. — a nationwide minute of silence.
The Donetsk Regional Military Administration and the Memorial: Killed by Russia platform honor and remember the residents of Donetsk region killed by Russian forces.
