Yaroslav Spesivtsev’s life was taken by a Russian drone strike on Sloviansk on January 27, 2026. He was 36 years old.
Yaroslav was born in Sloviansk on August 24, 1989. He studied at School No. 15. Later, he graduated from the Sloviansk College of the National Aviation University, earning a degree as a computer programming technician. He worked as an entrepreneur.
A loving and caring son, husband, brother, and uncle; the life of the party; cheerful and fair — this is how Yaroslav will remain in the memory of those who knew him.
He was laid to rest in Sloviansk.
Yaroslav is survived by his civil partner and her 16-year-old son, his father, sister, and niece.
