The life of Vadym Linnik was taken by a Russian shelling of the city of Myrnohrad.
On the evening of January 29, 2024, the enemy attacked the city using an S-300 surface-to-air missile system.
At that time, Vadym was returning home from work on his bicycle. He sustained blast injuries on Tsentralna Street and died at the scene.
Vadym Linnik was 38 years old. He lived in Myrnohrad and worked as a fifth-grade mining drifter at the separate division “Central Mine” of the state enterprise “Myrnohradvuhillia.”
Vadym was laid to rest at the Ozerka cemetery in his hometown.
He is survived by his wife, mother, sister, and other relatives.
