Yurii Pavlov was killed during the night of March 13, 2024, as a result of a Russian airstrike on residential buildings in Myrnohrad. Russian forces struck the city with a Grom-E1 missile-bomb.
That same night, 74-year-old Liubov Balabash was also killed in the attack.
Yurii Pavlov was 68 years old. He lived in the Molodizhnyi neighborhood at Building 13. A retiree, he had previously worked as a combine operator at the state open joint-stock company Mine No. 1/3 Novohrodivska. Those who knew Yurii Vasylovych remember him as a kind, responsible, and hardworking man.
He was laid to rest at the Stepove Cemetery.
Yurii is survived by his daughter, son, and other relatives.
