Yurii Dulskyi was born in Novoselydivka. He had a secondary education and completed his compulsory military service in the Marine Corps. He worked at his local school as a specialist in building maintenance and repair.
“Yurii always helped everyone. He was the right hand of our facilities manager. He devoted himself entirely to the gymnasium. He did everything he could to ensure that students felt comfortable in the classrooms and at school in general,” said the director of the gymnasium where Yurii worked, Nataliia Verkhovska.
