Then “Career Fast Track: 4 Steps to a Job Offer” is definitely for you!
The Donetsk Regional Employment Center is launching a four-week career guidance intensive for young people under 30. It will help participants go from “I don’t know where to start” to real job interviews and employment offers.
What awaits participants?
A clear, ready-to-follow route from recognizing your potential to finding a job:
Week 1. “Career Compass: Find Your Direction” — labor market analysis, identifying Hard & Soft Skills, comprehensive career assessment, and developing an individual career plan.
Week 2. “The Professional’s Calling Card: A Resume That Sells” — an overview of modern resume standards and keywords for ATS systems, plus personalized work on your resume to make it as strong as possible.
Week 3. “Stand Out: The Power of Video Presentation” — tips for recording a 60-second video resume, overcoming camera anxiety, and improving diction with an expert.
Week 4. “Final Sprint: A Winning Interview” — a simulated interview with a recruiter, working through challenging situations, selecting relevant job openings, and moving on to real interviews!
Throughout the project, participants will receive personalized support from employment service specialists, and at the final stage, we will help them find actual job opportunities.
