The State Employment Service of Ukraine invites Ukrainians aged 50 and older to participate in a survey aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of their perspectives on today’s labor market.
Your responses will help identify the needs and challenges older adults face in finding employment. The survey results will serve as a foundation for future policies and initiatives designed to support employment and provide a comprehensive picture of the experiences of people aged 50+ when seeking work.
The collected responses will also help combat age-related stereotypes in the labor market and highlight the real potential of people aged 50+, including their willingness to learn, develop new skills, and remain professionally active.
Equally important, the survey findings will help determine which support measures are the most effective in overcoming employment barriers and creating equal opportunities for all participants in the labor market.
