The Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal provides an online service for submitting applications for certain types of state social assistance:

How to apply:
1️⃣ Log in to portal.pfu.gov.ua using your Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) (instructions: https://t1p.de/ndjke).
2️⃣ In the “Communications with the Pension Fund of Ukraine” section, select “Certain Types of State Social Assistance.”
3️⃣ Complete the application form and upload scanned copies of the required documents, if applicable.
4️⃣ Review the information you have entered and click “Sign and Submit to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.”
You can track the status of your application in your personal account under the “My Applications” section.
