On July 14, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 844, which approved the Procedure for selecting soil samples on agricultural land cleared of explosive objects.
The resolution was adopted to ensure the rational use of land resources, restore their productivity, and minimize the negative impact on agricultural land within areas cleared of explosive objects.
The procedure defines the mechanism for selecting and analyzing soil samples on agricultural land within areas cleared of explosive objects for laboratory research and preparing conclusions regarding their suitability for use in growing agricultural crops.
The adoption of the resolution will ensure the protection of the rights and interests of economic entities, the protection of the natural environment, the restoration of agricultural land, and will positively impact the development of regions, the resumption of economic activities on agricultural land affected by hostilities.
