Another 23 Settlements Reconnected: DTEK Donetsk Power Grids Continues Repairs of Networks and Equipment

Yesterday, specialists from DTEK Donetsk Power Grids continued their work despite constant danger. Thanks to their efforts, electricity supply was fully or partially restored in 23 settlements cut off by enemy shelling. Power returned to more than 16,000 households. The company’s specialists do everything possible to restore electricity across the region as soon as it becomes safe and the military grants permission for work.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Power Grids specialists carried out a number of repairs to networks and equipment, bringing electricity back to 16,298 households in frontline Donetsk region.

The company’s experts have been working uninterrupted for 1,274 days, restoring equipment and power lines as soon as conditions allow. Their work remains dangerous: according to regional head Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements in the region 32 times over the past day.
