The procedure for issuing air raid alert signals has been changed.
Under the new system:
When an air raid alert is declared, the sirens emit a continuous signal for 3 minutes.
The signal is repeated every 30 minutes until the alert is cancelled.
When the alert is over, the sirens emit a continuous signal for 30 seconds.
In the event of a threat involving guided aerial bombs (KABs), the sirens operate in an intermittent mode, consisting of three 15-second signals.
Do not ignore air raid sirens. They are activated only when there is a real threat.
If you hear a siren, act immediately in accordance with safety guidelines: proceed to the nearest shelter and take all necessary steps to protect yourself and your loved ones.
