Every employment story is a journey filled with hope, self-belief, and the support of those who care. For Nataliia, an internally displaced person who had to leave her job at a medical institution after relocating, this journey began with the Employment Service.
After losing her job, she was determined to find new employment that would allow her to use her professional skills and regain stability during these challenging times. Nataliia had incomplete higher education in Accounting and work experience as a cashier in medical institutions.
Together with her career counselor, Nataliia developed an individual employment plan that included job matching, consultations, and identifying her strengths and professional opportunities.
Considering her experience in the medical field, specialists offered her a cashier position with an entrepreneur providing medical services in Kramatorsk. Nataliia successfully passed the interview and began an internship, where she proved to be attentive, responsible, and professional. After the internship, she was offered a permanent position.
“I am sincerely grateful to the Employment Service specialists for their support, understanding, and professionalism. Thanks to their help, I not only found a job quickly but also regained confidence in myself,” — shares Nataliia.
