Despite the war, distance, and daily challenges, educators in Donetsk Oblast remain a united team that continues to support each other and keep the educational front.
As part of the state project "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities," a meeting of teachers from the Dobropilska community was held in Sheptytskyi, Lviv Oblast. A special role in it was played by Olga Pasichnyk, a psychologist at the lyceum, who united the participants with words of support that became therapy and a source of inspiration.
The program included open-air psychological training, exercises to relieve emotional stress, group discussions, and self-help techniques. Educators were able to share their own experiences and receive practical advice on how to maintain inner balance and avoid burnout.
"To help children and parents, you need to be able to support yourself. Such meetings are a space of trust and recuperation," the psychologist noted.
The participants emphasized that the warm atmosphere and mutual support gave them a sense of being a united family. Even in the most difficult times, the strength of the community helps to hold on, share experiences and continue working for children.
