In Dnipro, a meeting was held with the families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine at the humanitarian center of the Hrodiv community.
The event was attended by the head of the department for veteran policy of the regional state administration, Artur Nasibyan, the head of the Hrodiv settlement military administration, Volodymyr Rudenko, representatives of the social protection department, the Pokrovsk branch of the Donetsk regional employment center, and the citizen service department No. 18 of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Donetsk region.
During the meeting, issues of social protection for the families of the deceased were discussed, including benefits, state and local support programs, employment, and the provision of psychological assistance. The participants also voiced an initiative to organize an event in memory of the fallen Defenders of Ukraine. The military administration supported this proposal and expressed its readiness to participate in its organization.
As part of the event, families received copies of the "Book of Memory of the Heroes of the Hrodiv Community." The publication contains summarized information, photo materials, short biographical notes, and testimonies about the fallen Defenders.
The meeting was an important step in supporting the families of the Heroes, emphasizing the need for constant dialogue, assistance, and the preservation of the memory of those who gave their lives for Ukraine.
