As part of the National project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities," an online meeting was held with representatives of the Zvanivka rural community in Donetsk region and the Novodmytrivka rural community in Cherkasy region.
During the communication, the implementation of initiatives in the field of veteran policy at the community level was discussed. Representatives from both sides shared their approaches to social support for veterans, organizing assistance for the families of servicemen, preserving the memory of the fallen, as well as forming a sustainable dialogue with those who returned from the front.
The meeting served as a platform for analyzing existing practices and exploring new solutions. Some ideas sparked interest and will be considered at the local level.
