Attention! Important information for everyone receiving pensions, insurance payments, social benefits, housing subsidies, or utility benefits.
To ensure that payments are calculated correctly, you must notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine within 10 days of any changes to:
✅ your passport information or surname;
✅ contact details;
✅ bank account details;
✅ employment status or the start/termination of entrepreneurial activity.
You can do this conveniently in several ways:
• through your personal account on the Pension Fund web portal: https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
• in person at any Pension Fund service center;
• by mail, sending the required documents via registered letter;
• through your employer (if the changes are related to employment).
If you fail to report changes on time, overpayments may occur, and these funds will have to be repaid.
