During a working trip to Zhytomyr Oblast as part of the "Side by Side: Cohesive Communities" project, Volodymyr Proskunin, head of the Mykolaiv City Military Administration, visited the Andrushivska community to present the outpost community.
The large conference hall was filled with staff members, deputies, starostas of starosta districts, and the public, which is evidence of the partner community's interest in establishing ties, and they discussed ways to further cooperation.
The deputies unanimously decided to support Halyna Biletska, head of the Andrushivka territorial community, in signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Mykolaiv city territorial community.
The head of Mykolaiv IBA also met with the heads of educational, cultural, and sports institutions of the Andrushivka community and discussed areas for further cooperation.
The issue of accommodating people with disabilities in the Andrushivka community was discussed separately, and ways and means that need to be further explored were outlined.
