On the web portal of the Electronic Services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, users with pensioner status can access the “My Identification” service in their personal account. This service allows pensioners to:
🔹 view the date of their last identification;
🔹 find out the source through which it was conducted (for example, a bank, front office, etc.).
✅ Checking this information is important, as it serves as the basis for continuing pension payments.
How to use the service:
1️⃣ Go to the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine — www.portal.pfu.gov.ua.
2️⃣ Log in using one of the following methods:
🟢 Qualified Electronic Signature (QES);
🟢 Diia.Signature;
🟢 https://id.gov.ua/ system.
3️⃣ In the left-hand menu, select the “My Identification” section.
Please note:
📍 If the service is not displayed — refresh the page (press F5).
📍 If a pensioner does not require identification or has not yet completed it, the “Date” and “Source” fields will remain empty.
📅 Reminder: pensioners and recipients of insurance payments must undergo identification annually by December 31 if they:
▫️ live in temporarily occupied territories (TOT);
▫️ have left Russian-occupied territories for areas controlled by the Ukrainian government;
▫️ are residing abroad (except for those receiving pensions under international agreements).
📌 The service operates 24/7, without queues or additional requests, allowing users to check their identification data at any time.
