On February 12, 2026, within the framework of the regional platform "Dialogue between Government and Business," created on the instructions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, an online meeting was held between representatives of the government and the business community of Donetsk Oblast. More than 160 participants joined the event.
The key topics were:
- the state program for compensation for losses from military risks (explanation of the provisions of Resolution No. 1541 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 28, 2025);
- amendments to Law No. 2136-IX of Ukraine "On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law."
Bogdan Brovchenko, a member of the board of the Export-Credit Agency, informed entrepreneurs about the mechanism for insuring and compensating for losses caused to businesses as a result of military risks, as well as the conditions for participating in the support program.
Mykhailo Zvyagilsky, Chief State Inspector of the Labor Control Department of the Eastern Interregional Directorate of the State Labor Service of Ukraine, explained the new labor law regulations during martial law, in particular the specifics of formalizing labor relations, working hours, vacations, and guarantees for employees.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers and receive practical recommendations on the application of legislation in their daily activities.
The regional platform "Dialogue between Government and Business" continues to be a platform for providing timely information to entrepreneurs and jointly developing solutions to support the economic stability of Donetsk region.
