Entrepreneur Maryna Tebriaieva from Sloviansk chose the second option. With experience in food retail, she decided to expand her business and launch the production of vacuum-packed ready-made meals.
Thanks to the “Own Business” grant program, Maryna received funding to purchase the necessary equipment and created two new jobs.
Employment Service specialists helped her find suitable employees. Today, Liudmyla and Iryna are working as cooks, while the business continues to grow. The specialists also advised the entrepreneur to take advantage of other forms of state financial support, including compensation programs for hiring registered unemployed individuals into newly created positions.
As a result, one bold decision became the starting point for new opportunities—for the entrepreneur, her employees, and the local community.
